   Before we start designing, it is crucial to understand your needs and preferences in order to create a suitable budget for your home, and if you already have a home design, we can also work with those plans.

In today's market, having a realistic budget is extremely important, so we will review your plans with our contractors before starting construction to avoid any budget overruns.

During the construction process, transparency and communication are key. We achieve this by promoting direct collaboration with the builder and we provide access to software that includes budget details, projected costs, and project timelines, ensuring that you are well-informed throughout the building process. 

 The initial stage of construction involves designing the home and ensuring that we incorporate all your essential requirements. Our design team collaborates with you to ensure that the home is well-planned and functions according to your needs. 

When it comes to interior finishes, the options are limitless. We offer a wide range of finishes and lighting from various vendors, and we will assist you in selecting the best options based on your budget. 

 Before we begin the construction of your home, the crucial initial phase in ensuring a solid foundation lies in the preparation of the site. 

Our foremost priority is to tackle any drainage concerns that may exist, determine which trees can be retained, and above all, compact the soil effectively to establish a stable groundwork for the foundation.  

 Stem wall or post tension foundations are the typical foundations we see in Oklahoma. The type of foundation used greatly depends on the design of the home and the home site. We access each project on their own and determine the best solution for your project insuring the stability of your home.

Prior to pouring the floor of the foundation groundwork is needed. Groundwork includes the plumbing, electrical, or in-ground HVAC duct work. 

 Our houses are built using top-quality materials and undergo thorough inspections throughout the construction process. Any defective materials are promptly replaced. We adhere to a high standard of using 2x6 construction, which provides superior insulation and strength. When necessary, we utilize engineered beams or cinderblocks, and it is our standard practice to pour concrete on the second floor of two-story homes. For optimal insulation, we always employ foam insulation or a hybrid approach. Additionally, we ensure that each home is equipped with a well-designed HVAC system to maximize efficiency and comfort. 

We excel in premium finishes. Our fabricators possess the top industry certifications. Installation is crucial for achieving a luxurious finish in all our processes. 

Prior to floor installation, all flooring is ground and leveled, with uncoupling membrane underlayment being utilized for large profile tile. 

We are committed to employing top-notch painters in the city, and our designers meticulously choose lighting that complements the space and enhances the home's value. 

Soft close cabinetry is a non-negotiable feature, while adjustable shelving is a standard offering.
